Kim Kardashian is one of the hottest celebrities on the planet right now, and has become something of a style icon in recent years thanks to her love of designer clothes, handbags and of course designer sunglasses too.

But, what brand does she favour?

So do we actually know what brand sunglasses Kim Kardashian wears?

There’s no denying that Kim Kardashian is one of the hottest celebrities on the planet right now, and has become something of a style icon in recent years thanks to her love of designer clothes, handbags and of course designer sunglasses too.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with Kim (or Mrs Kim Kardashian-West as she is officially known), then here are a few facts to help you get to know this American fashionista a little bit better:

  • Kim and her family are famous for their reality TV show “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, which first aired on TV channel E! in 2007
  • Along with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, Kim is the owner of a range of clothing and accessories boutiques called Dash – proving that she certainly knows a thing or two when it comes to fashion!
  • Kim has endorsed a number of different products over the years, including perfumes, make up, nail varnish, swimwear and trainers. She also had a clothing line with her sisters called “The Kardashian Kollection”
  • She currently has over 104m followers on Instagram, making her one of the top followed celebrities in the world!
  • It is estimated that Kim and her husband Kanye West are worth over $145m, so it’s really no wonder that she boasts such an impressive collection of designer sunnies!

Whether they’re from YSL, Dolce & Gabbana or Prada among others, Kim certainly has something of a designer sun glasses habit, and is rarely spotted without a signature pair of the black oversized frames that she loves. If you’re a fan of Kim and all things Kardashian, and would love to get your hands on a pair of designer sunglasses that are similar to the ones that Kim is often seen wearing, then read on to get some inspiration!

When Kim feels like sporting an edgier look, then she’ll probably choose to wear a pair of oversized shield shades like these ones from Bvlgari. Providing maximum coverage from the glare of the sun (as well as the flashes from those sneaky paparazzi lenses!), a pair of shield shades such as the BV6061b style help to provide the ultimate cool look with a hint of bling too – you are bound to get noticed in these!

Just as Kim knows, it’s so important for every girl to have a pair of classic tortoiseshell designer sunglasses as part of their sunnies collection. This timeless style never goes out of fashion and is always on trend. This pair of popular MK6029 shades from Michael Kors are pretty and feminine and will help to define a classy, sophisticated look. Why not follow Kim’s example and wear a pair on your next shopping trip?

Kim absolutely loves wearing a pair of black rectangle framed sunglasses and is often photographed sporting a pair of these classic frames. If you’re lucky enough to have high cheekbones like Kim, then this super flattering style is for you. Perfect for a chic every day look, these fabulous MMJ 386/S designer sunglasses from Marc Jacobs will go with every kind of outfit, ensuring that you always look your best!

Along with the rest of the Kardashian clan, if there’s one style of designer sunglasses that reality TV star Kim loves the most, it’s a pair of stylish black ovals. Perfect for wearing on the beach or by the pool when she fancies a spot of sunbathing, a pair like this EA 4052 style from Emporio Armani  would be a great option for maintaining her fashionable reputation. And if you want to follow Kim’s example, not only will they help to protect your eyes from the sun, they’ll ensure that you look completely on trend at the same time too!

Mrs Kardashian-West knows that aviators are truly a style classic, and has been spotted wearing this style on several occasions since she first came to prominence 10 years ago. If you fancy owning a pair of designer sunglasses that will always have timeless style, then you need to get your hands on a pair from Ray Ban. The most famous style of aviator sunglasses is arguably the 3025, and this version comes with trendy arista gold frames and a super cute pink coloured lens. As a proper girly-girl, we’re sure that Kim would be a big fan of these!

MacGyver Action Sunglasses

Some great action sunglasses for adventurers

If you are wondering what you should wear being an adventurer such as MacGyver, we have some advice for you. In the new season, Jack Dalton (George Eads) is wearing Ray-Ban gold Aviator sunglasses for a classic look. A former Delta Force soldier, Jack (unlike Mac) is not afraid to use guns in the field.

Richard Dean Anderson on the original series similarly wears Dark Aviator sunglasses; particularly in the first two seasons. From the first season onwards, he often sported Wayfarer sunglasses. And he also wears in skiing scenes in the second season some Red Scott “Venturi Panorama” Goggles.

A little bit more about the show

Lucas Till and George Eads are starring in the series next to Sandrine Holt (as Patricia Thornton), Director of the Phoenix Foundation, Tristin Mays (as Riley Davis), a sarcastic hacker hired by the Phoenix Foundation as their technical specialist and Justin Hires (as Wilt Bozer), Mac’s best friend who he has known since childhood.

About MacGyver’s notorious tools of trade, CBS wrote: “With skills that are only limited by his creativity, Mac saves the day using paper clips instead of pistols, birthday candles instead of bombs, and gum instead of guns”. His most important tools are therefore the following: Swiss army knife, gum, shoe strings, matches, paper clips, birthday candles and duct tape.

So if you want to look like MacGyver, visit today and get your own pair of Aviator sunglasses.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is an American TV series by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock. It has streamed on Netflix since March 6th 2015 and is starring Ellie Kemper in the title role. It also features the characters of Titus Andromedon (Tituss Burgess), Jacqueline Voorhees (Jane Krakowski) and Lillian Kaushtupper (Carol Kane). Being rescued from a bunker in Indiana where she was with three other women for 15 years, 29-year-old Kimmy Schmidt adjusts to life in New York City. Armed only with a positive attitude, Kimmy then becomes Tituss’ roommate and Jacqueline’s nanny. The series has received critical acclaim and has then been nominated for eleven Primetime Emmy Awards. With the third season released a few months ago, we can notice some great fashion elements and TV sunglasses.

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

Some great Fashion elements and TV sunglasses

If the TV show features different fashion styles because of its different characters, it is particularly interesting to analyse those differences. Being such a positive character, Kimmy Schmidt presents a very sunny, irresistible and colourful wardrobe. Trophy rich wife Jacqueline Voorhees wears on the other hand elegant and fancy outfits. Seen with Hermes bags, Burberry and Alexander McQueen dresses and coats, Jacqueline brings a lot of class and femininity to the show.

Then Titus (Kimmy’s gay actor roommate) also brings a very colourful, extravagant fashion touch to the series. Wearing a lot of purple or pink, he also appears with very cool sunglasses. Titus is the one bringing great shades to the show. He is alternating between cool black Valentino sunglasses, pink Just Cavalli sunglasses or yellow Adidas sunglasses.  But we  can also see Jacqueline wearing oversized Valentino sunglasses. Which seems to put Valentino as the go-to shades for the series.

A little bit more about the show

Both original and relying on usual comic effects, the show treats difficult topics in a constant positive way.  “It’s a fish-out-of-water, new lease-on-life kind of story, just with a more extreme set of background circumstances,” Kemper explains. “It is also a relatable story to anyone who needs a new beginning, a fresh start”.  Even if the show relies on a dark subject, for Kemper it handles it with respect and mainly wants to show that Kimmy does not want to be a victim. “I think when you have a subject as dark as this and you’re trying to make a comedy from it, I think that the darker elements of the story aren’t really dwelt upon”.

So if you want to look like the characters of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, come to today and get your own pair of Valentino VA4013 sunglasses.

The Fishbowl is a short film telling the story of Edwin Land, American scientist and inventor, best known as the co-founder of the Polaroid Corporation. Dropping out of college, the young man follows his ambition, intellect and optimism in order to invent polarized lenses. And the movie makes us discover how Polaroid Eyewear’s technology has enhanced the way we see and experience the world. Particularly thanks to polarized sunglasses. According to Steve Jobs, who was a big fan of Edwin Land: ‘Not only was he one of the great inventors of our time but, more important, he saw the intersection of art and science and business and built an organization to reflect that’.

Creating Polarized Sunglasses

Edwin Land studied chemistry at Harvard University, which he left after his freshman year. Because he was not part of an educational institution, he would sneak into a laboratory at Columbia University late at night to use their equipment.  His breakthrough came when he realized that, instead of attempting to grow a large single crystal of a polarizing substance, he could manufacture a film with millions of micron-sized polarizing crystals that were in perfect alignment with each other. The Polaroid Corporation was founded in 1937.

Described by the Boston Globe as a “juggernaut of innovation”, Polaroid was in many ways the Apple of its time. If their initial market was in sunglasses, it did change quite a lot, particularly with the creation of the instant camera in 1947. His colleague, Elkan Blout, said about Land: “What was Land like? Knowing him was a unique experience. He was a true visionary, he saw things differently from other people, which is what led him to the idea of instant photography. He was a brilliant, driven man who did not spare himself and who enjoyed working with equally driven people.”

The advantages of Polarization copy

What are the advantages of Polarization?

Polarized lenses do not necessarily represent significantly increased UV protection. But the lenses are coated with a special chemical film that helps reduce glare. Polarized lenses can also relieve eyestrain, which is another side effect of glare. Plus wearing polarized lenses can reveal colours and images in a very crisp and clean way.

In some circumstances though, polarized lenses might not be the best option. For instance, they would not be appropriate for night driving, flying an airplane, downhill skiing, and viewing LCD screens. So if you are interested in polarized sunglasses, check out today and get your own pair.

Master of None is a Netflix-original comedy series, by Aziz Ansari and Alan Yang. Ansari’s real-life experiences are also loosely inspiring the series. In the series, we follow the character of Dev (Aziz Ansari), a New York-based 30 year-old actor who is struggling to identify what he really wants, both personally and professionally. The main characters of Master of None include Dev’s best friend Arnold Baumheiser (Eric Wareheim). We also meet Dev’s lesbian friend Denise (Lena Waithe), Dev’s friend whose parents are Taiwanese immigrants Brian Chang (Kelvin Yu) and Dev’s romantic interests Rachel Silva and Francesca (Noël Wells and Alessandra Mastronardi). Interestingly, Ansari’s real-life parents Shoukath and Fatima also appear regularly, playing Dev’s parents. If it is well-known that Master of None features great fashion thanks to Dev’s excellent taste in clothes, it also features great TV sunglasses.

Some inspirations: New York and Italian Fashion

As the second season of Master of None has just been realeased on Netflix and is set partly in Italy, everyone is talking about the great fashion elements of the TV show. Indeed, Dev’s wardrobe on the first season relies a lot on Band of Outsiders shirts and Saint Laurent jackets. This is also reflecting Aziz Ansari’s personal taste in fashion. In season 2, Dev’s wardrobe becomes even more fancy and fashionable. He lives in Italy for a while, hosts a TV show and appears in shearling jackets and Italian linen trousers. The second season therefore looks like a tribute to Italian menswear designers. Indeed, Dev wears a lot of Italian designers’ clothes: Caruso, Isaia, Brunello Cucinelli and Zegna and Boglioli.

And, of course, all these great fashion elements could not have happened without Dana Covarrubias. She is designing the costumes for the show (and also worked on Louie and Broad City). She explained her inspirations: “We did a lot more Italian brands for Dev this season, because of course he’s in Italy. If the first season was more inspired by The Graduate, the second season — particularly the scenes set in Italy — felt more like Fellini.”

A bit more about the show and TV sunglasses

Showing a strong interest in fashion, Master of None also features quite a few designer sunglasses. Indeed, Dev is wearing the Ray-Ban 4147 Sunglasses in Master of None, season 2 episode 2. In season 1 episode 8, we can also see Dev with the black Ray-Ban 2140 Original Wayfarer Sunglasses. And Arnold also appears in great sunglasses, wearing black Diesel Translucent Sunglasses in season 1. Being elegant and fancy characters, they always aim for classic brands and black colours.

About the future of the series, Aziz Ansari declared: “I don’t know if we’re going to do a season three. I wouldn’t be surprised if I needed a looonng break before I could come back to it”. Indeed, season 3 could be challenging in terms of new ideas. He is writing mostly about his personal life as a single man in New York who loves food and drinking. He even admitted: “I’ve got to become a different guy before I write a third season, is my personal thought. I’ve got to get married or have a kid or something. I don’t have anything else to say about being a young guy being single in New York eating food around town all the time”.

Elementary is an American crime drama series presenting a contemporary version of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s character Sherlock Holmes. Created by Robert Doherty, the series stars Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock Holmes and Lucy Liu as Dr. Joan Watson (the original John Watson being turned into a woman in this version). Set primarily in New York City, the show follows Holmes, a recovering drug addict and former consultant to Scotland Yard. Although quite indifferent to police procedures, he assists the New York City Police Department in solving crimes. Dr. Joan Watson is a former surgeon and acts as his sober companion before becoming Holmes’ apprentice. The show also changes the character of James Moriarty (Sherlock’s nemesis) to Jamie Moriarty, played by Natalie Dormer. And we are also very happy to see some great detective sunglasses and fashion in Elementary.

Holmes’ Fashion Sense and the Detective Sunglasses

Dressed in vintage style blazers, suits and scarves, Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) appears in very trendy and elegant outfits. Holmes can also be seen with the Persol PO2803S sunglasses in Season 4, adding a very stylish touch to his already classic and fashionable look. Seen wearing blouses, long coats, sandals and bow ties, Joan Watson (Lucy Liu) appears in a very feminine and classic yet slightly strict look.

Carl Beverly, one of the executive producers, talked about the relationship between Sherlock and Watson: ‘Rob [Doherty] often calls it a bromance, but one of the bros just happens to be a woman. (…) There’s this idea that a man and a woman can’t be together on a show especially without needing to be together sexually or in love or whatever, and this is really about the evolution of a friendship and how that happens.’

A bit more about the show

The series premiered on CBS on September 27, 2012. Currently airing, the fifth season will probably be the last season of the series. One also has to notice the similarities with the BBC’s TV Show Sherlock, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. Indeed, they are both contemporary and modern versions of the Sherlock Holmes story. If both Sherlock characters suffer from drug addictions, there were enough differences between the two shows for the BBC to approve CBS version.

Funnily enough, it is not the first time that Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller share the same character. Indeed, the two actors starred in Danny Boyle’s play Frankenstein that premiered at the Royal National Theatre on 5 February 2011 in London. The two actors alternated the roles of Victor Frankenstein and the Creature in the performance. And both shared the Olivier Award and London Evening Standard Award for Best Actor for their respective performances.

Fortunately for us though, there are quite a few Fashion elements and trendy sunglasses to brighten the mood.

Fashion Sense and Trendy Sunglasses in the Oval Office

If Tom Kirkman first appears in quite relaxed outfits, he is very soon catching up with the Presidential duty. He then appears in classic suits, ties and elegant glasses. Alternating between very classy suits and elegant but more comfortable cardigans, Tom Kirkman appears as a faultless president in terms of fashion. Equally, his wife and now First Lady Alex Kirkman also looks perfect, with a stoic and elegant grace. Appearing in long trench coats, simple and elegant V-Neck dresses and even Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses, Alex Kirkman proves that Aviator sunglasses can be feminine too.

Another noticeable character for fashion is Emily Rhodes (Italia Ricci). She is Tom Kirkman’s Special Advisor and later his White House Chief of Staff. Appearing in silk blouses, blazers, trench coats and tailored dresses, she represents perfectly the elegance and femininity of a high-class working woman.

A little more about the Show

Released on ABC on the 21st of September 2016, Designated Survivor is a political drama. Interestingly, Kiefer Sutherland portrays the main character and also was the main protagonist of the TV show 24.  In the show he plays the role of Jack Bauer, Director of Field Ops for the Counter-Terrorist Unit of Los Angeles. Each season comes in 24 episodes, each representing an hour of the day. Jack Bauer races against time to fight terrorists and save the nation. So it is interesting to see him in a different situation but still under pressure to answer terrorist attacks.

Directed by James Mangold, Logan is a 2017 American superhero film. The film features the Marvel Comics character Wolverine, played by Hugh Jackman. It is the tenth of the X-Men film series, as well as the third and final Wolverine film, following X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) and The Wolverine (2013). The film takes place in 2029 where Logan takes care of the old Professor X, whom he keeps hidden away. Mutants are on the brink of extinction, with no new mutants having been born in 25 years. Interestingly, there are quite a few Logan sunglasses to admire as well.

Logan, formerly known as Wolverine, has aged greatly and is no longer invincible, his body progressively growing weaker as he aged. He spends his days working as a chauffeur and lives with albino mutant Caliban (Stephen Merchant) in an abandoned smelting plant across the border in Mexico. A young mutant, Laura, arrives and is pursued by dark forces. She is in many ways like Wolverine and her DNA contains the secret that connects her to Logan.

Logan sunglasses: Superheroes and fashion

One of the most noticeable characters in the movie for wearing sunglasses is a villainous cyborg. Donald Pierce (Boyd Holbrook) is the leader of the Reavers, sent to retrieve Laura and therefore getting in conflict with Wolverine. He wears Round Ray-Ban RB3447 sunglasses with Gold frames and Brown lenses.

But if you would rather look like one of the good characters, Laura (Dafne Keen) also wears sunglasses in the movie. She wears Little Sweetie sunglasses, which are pink and blue with a pattern on the front and text on the right arm.

And if you really want a Wolverine look, he has been seen in many movies with Aviator sunglasses. The actual pair is from Oliver Peoples. But they are very similar to the Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses as well. Wolverine’s sunglasses usually feature an Aviator frame with Double wire in Gold.  And if you are looking for Hugh Jackman’s personal look, he is often seen wearing Ray-Bans or Aviators. They suit him both in movies and in real life.

A bit more about Hugh Jackman

Famous for his long-running role as Wolverine in the X-men series (that he has been portraying for 17 years), Hugh Jackman is an Australian actor. Born in 1968, he has been starring in a variety of film genres and roles. He is particularly well-known for starring in Australia, Van Helsing, Les Misérables and The Prestige. Jackman officially stated that Logan would be his last appearance as Wolverine. He said:  “This will be my last one, it is my last time. It just felt like it was the right time to do it, and let’s be honest, 17 years. I never thought in a million years it would last, so I’m so grateful to the fans for the opportunity of playing it. I kind of have in my head what we’re going to do in this last one. It just feels like this is the perfect way to go out.”

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is an American Comedy/Crime TV series. It shows the adventures of the NYPD detectives of the Brooklyn’s 99th precinct. The main characters include Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg), an immature but talented detective, Amy Santiago (Melissa Fumero), his competitive partner, and their captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher). Brooklyn Nine Nine Season 4 is currently airing on FOX and will be back from the 11th of April. With  new episodes marking the return of the show from its winter break in April, we thought we would have a look at some fashion elements that also make it a great show. And the NYPD sunglasses are a part of it, particularly with Jake Peralta’s funny character. But they can also be seen on other characters: such as Charles Boyle, Rosa Diaz or Gina Linetti.

Brooklyn Nine Nine Season

Brooklyn Nine Nine Season 4

When season 4 starts, we find Peralta and Holt where we left them at the end of season 3. They are in their witness protection programme in Florida, hiding from the dangerous Figgis. Obviously, the situation is bad for both of them. Both of their partners are in New York and they both miss the excitement of the NYPD. It takes a while for Jake to make Holt crack and admit that he misses his life, the captain being strict on following the rules. But it happens, and after a few twists and turns, the Nine-Nine team will finally be reunited and recreate the group comedy will all love. We will remain spoiler free on what happened before the winter break. Just know that the last episode ended on a big cliff-hanger, leaving fans worried and frustrated until April.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine and the NYPD Sunglasses

It is a well-known fact that Jake Peralta’s favourite sunglasses are Aviators. He wears them very often in the show, sometimes even at night. Back in season 2, we learnt that Jake has a total of 10 sunglasses moves that he uses to make people like him. In the episode “Det. Dave Majors”, Jake uses his ‘sunglass choreography’ to compete against Amy to impress the great detective Majors visiting their precinct. As he says in the episode: “And don’t worry, I’m just getting warmed up. I still have eight sunglass moves locked and loaded. Make that nine.”

But he is not the only one to appear wearing cool sunglasses in the series. Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) wears what looks like the Oakley Radar Path in Season 3, Episode 9.  Recruited by Captain Holt to play with him in a squash tournament, the sweet and goofy Boyle gets his sports look on. And do not worry if you are more interested in women sunglasses. Other characters that can be noticed for their sunglasses are Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz) wearing Aviator sunglasses as well and Gina Linetti (Chelsea Peretti) wearing Oversized sunglasses.

Directed by Stephen Gaghan, the film Gold is an American crime adventure movie. The film stars Matthew McConaughey as Kenny Wells and Édgar Ramírez as Michael Acosta, a geologist. On top of the poster, Gold Ray Bans set the atmosphere of the movie. Kenny Wells is an unlucky and desperate businessman who teams up with a geologist to find gold in the uncharted jungles of Borneo, Indonesia. When the exploration starts, they initially don’t find anything. Then Kenny is struck with malaria and nearly dies. When he gets better, Acosta gives him the good news that they found gold – and lots of it. From then on, it is a roller-coaster of Wall Street investors, Indonesian aristocrats, and lots of money.

Loosely based on a true story, the movie portrays greed and betrayal at the ends of the earth. Gold communicates the idea that great amounts of money and success do not make people any smarter or humbler. It is the story of a man who finds himself on top of a massive amount of gold, which seems to solve most of his problems but also causes several new ones. The film was shot in New York City, New Mexico and Thailand. Even though it received mixed reviews from critics, it also got a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song.

Gold Ray Bans: The Movie and The Sunglasses

Originally designed for U.S aviators in 1937, the Ray-Ban Aviator Classic are one of the most iconic models in the world. In the movie, Matthew McConaughey’s character wears Ray-Ban Aviator Large Metal sunglasses ; Ray-Ban Aviator 3025. Both classic and contemporary, the Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses often help in portraying manly and adventurous characters, which is again the case in the film Gold. Edgar Ramirez also wears Ray-Bans in the movie but the Classic Round ones. Acosta is a typical gangster in the tropics with linen blazers and a straw fedora. The real story of Bre-X though, which is the base of the movie, is the story of a mining scam resulting in a $6 billion fraud.

A bit more about Matthew McConaughey

Matthew McConaughey was born on the 4th of November 1969 in Texas. His mother was a substitute school teacher and his father a gas station owner who ran an oil pipe supply business. He began his acting career in 1991 and starred in a lot of romantic comedies in the 2000s. Among them, The Wedding Planner with Jennifer Lopez and How to lose a guy in 10 days, with Kate Hudson. From 2011 onwards, he starred in more serious movies, such as The Lincoln Lawyer, Mud and Dallas Buyers Club. Coincidentally or not, he wears Ray-Ban sunglasses very often in movies, particularly Aviator sunglasses. McConaughey declared about Gold in an interview: “I’m highly proud of the film, my favourite character I’ve ever played.”

Written and directed by Damien Chazelle, the director of Whiplash. The movie stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone and is a romantic musical comedy-drama film. It tells the story of Sebastian (Ryan Gosling), a struggling jazz musician who dreams of opening his own club. Mia (Emma Stone) is an aspiring actress who serves coffee between auditions, waiting for her big break. Regarding La La Land fashion, costume designer Mary Zophres is the one who did the very impressive work for the movie.

Far from being just another romantic comedy, the movie then explores the difficulty of making decisions while being in a relationship where both parties have big dreams to follow. We face the question of losing your purpose while following your dream. Or losing each other, which is a central theme of the movie. Set in Los Angeles, La La Land has received critical acclaim and is regarded as one of the best films of 2016.

Be Like Ryan Gosling

Some La La Land Fashion elements

Inspired by big screen musical references from the 60s, such as The Young Girls of Rochefort or The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, the movie pays homage to Technicolor and the Golden Age of Hollywood. The colours also reflect the various emotions of Mia and Sebastian’s romance. In a modern day Los Angeles, both Stone’s and Gosling’s wardrobe look like they are 1960s-inspired and vintage.

In the movie, we can see Emma Stone evolving between girly and romantic deep-coloured dresses. But she also wears more of a menswear-inspired look with a pinstripe blazer and a classy satin blouse. Interestingly, her now famous yellow dress was actually inspired by a dress she wore on the red carpet for The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Ryan Gosling being a traditionalist jazz musician, he also appears in many retro ensembles. The actor gives a whole new charm to old-fashioned outfits. Mixing and matching suits, Ryan Gosling shows a stylish medley of colour and texture. Varying between navy suits, coloured ties, camp-collar shirts and even two-tone brogues, the movie equally honours men’s fashion.

Be Like Ryan Gosling

One of the famous brands worn by Ryan Gosling in the movie is one of our personal favourites: Persol. In particular the PO3105S sunglasses. Featuring an oval shaped frame and Havana Celebration Vintage frame. These Persol Cellor Series are the perfect combination between retro and elegance. If you are going for a Ryan Gosling look and not Sebastian, look at the 2994S variant. If the actor happens to wear Persol sunglasses often in movies, chances are they are also his favourite brand. Of which he also has a favourite pair, in real life. Slimmer and more low key than the Steve McQueen 714’s, that particular model, the 2994S, will definitely give you that Ryan Gosling look.

If, on the other hand, you want to look like Emma Stone, have a look at the Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer. As she said during many interviews, they are her go-to shades.
